Where Fashion, Creativity and Inclusion Took Centre Stage

Brisbane RF Fashion Show 2026 returned in spectacular style on 6 June 2026, transforming the beautiful Hanworth House in East Brisbane into a vibrant celebration of fashion, culture and individuality. Presented by Ravishing Fashionistas (RF), the sold-out event welcomed more than 250 guests and once again showcased why RF has become one of Queensland’s most anticipated fashion events.

Founded by Mrs. Australia Universal 2019, Upma Kite, Ravishing Fashionistas has spent the last six years creating a platform that challenges traditional beauty standards and empowers people from all walks of life.

This year’s runway featured collections from fourteen talented designers:
Bec Balshaw, Czarina, Fairy Mum, Glow Gospel, Haus of Andrea, House of Jaise, Lady Lili, Juru Official, Malan Art, MIKAS Brisbane, Natalie Hamblin Designs, Ollymacs, Style by Kezy and Violent Mediocrity. Each designer brought their own distinctive style and artistic vision, presenting a stunning showcase of fashion, wearable art and contemporary design.

More than 40 models of diverse ages, backgrounds and body types took to the runway, reflecting RF’s commitment to representation and inclusivity. From first-time participants to experienced models, every individual walked with confidence and authenticity, proving that beauty has no boundaries.

Guests enjoyed an unforgettable evening of red-carpet glamour, media moments and inspiring runway presentations. A special highlight of the evening was the presence of the Lady Mayoress of Brisbane, Nina Schrinner, who shared an empowering message about authenticity, self-confidence and embracing diversity.

Reflecting on six successful years, founder and creative director Upma Kite spoke about the importance of creating a safe and empowering space where individuals are celebrated for who they are and encouraged to pursue their dreams without limitations.

Brisbane RF Fashion Show 2026 was more than a showcase of beautiful collections. It was a celebration of creativity, culture and community, bringing together designers, models and fashion lovers who share a common belief that fashion should inspire, empower and include everyone.
